Dharma is actively engaged in the development of iontophoretic delivery products targeting pain, nausea and inflammation.  Pre-clinical studies with a corticosteroid (dexamethasone) have been completed and a pre-IND meeting has been held with the FDA.  Phase 1 clinical studies for epicodylitis are planned.

Pre-clinical studies eveluating delivery of anti-nausea drugs using iontophoresis are ongoing.  These drugs are an attractive target for transdermal delivery and Dharma's technology.

Our parent company, Transcu, and its subsidiary, TTIe, are developing products in the fields of pain and asthma.  In addition, a number of candidate drugs and disease targets are under evaluation including migraine, osteoporosis, pain, immunomodulation, and Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases.
